I just bought a beautiful Toyota Highlander from Joe at Platinum Motors. The transaction was smooth and the service was great. For those of you like me, with bad credit, this is a place where you can buy a car and finance it at the same place. Also comes with a fantastic 2 yr warranty. I felt like it was a good deal and if you put half of the price of the car down, there is no credit check or high interest payments. I felt like I was a part of the family at this family owned business. I have already recommended this place to several people. Its a small lot but he gets new cars all the time and only deals in quality vehicles.

I just bought a 2009 Jeep grand Cherokee Laredo V6 4WD and Joe Brown and his father gave me a great truck for a great price with 0% finance at a weekly payment that fits my budget. I had one little problem in the beginning and Joey Jr quickly addressed it without hesitation . Service and Sales are very professional and great . Best atup salesmen in ive ever been bbn to.. my wofr and i delt with several local dealer (road ready) theyscrewd me put of 5gs... if i was ever short or late with a payment mr brown always was very empathetic twords my familys family's situation..i will NEVER do business with any other dealership ever ever again in my life!!! This is a great family owned business and they treat you like gold!
Bought my son's first car from here a couple of weeks ago. Joe not only took care of getting us what we were looking for, but when we decided to buy it, put brand new tires, wipers, etc to make sure we had the best experience.
He even hunted down my tax collector to find out why the payments weren't reflected yet so he could register the car.
I have no need to ever go anywhere else. Thank you Joe!

OK, Dee is my nickname. They know me as "Maria". I've got to tell everyone how wonderful these guys (father and son) are, and the great experience I had at this dealership. They really work "magick". I was looking to lower my payments on my Now previous car. Far less than perfect credit (which I'm working on fixing) and not much to put down...Well, I ended up with a great deal, they worked with me, and set me up with a Monthly payment of $233 LOWER than I had been paying for over two years. Different car, but in great condition and 4x4, which was very important to me.
I can go on and on...One important thing that comes to mind. About a month or so ago, I went to one of those heavily advertised, big name dealers stating that they can get Anyone approved regardless of credit.
Well, guess what. I walked in, wasted a bunch of time, and came out with nothing. They could not help me.
Now, at Platinum, I had a brief conversation with Joe (Jr.) during the week, came back within two days knowing what was expected of me. No surprises. Deal went thru as planned, even easier, and today, I drove home with my "New" Jeep Liberty Sport. Excellent shape, awesome ride. I cannot recommend these guys enough. Mr. Joe (Sr.) is a pleasure as well. Great people, treat you like family, and I will not hesitate on referring their service and / or going back in the future. They even offered to pick me up at home to go get my car, if I needed. :)

Platinum Motors is by far one of the best dealerships I have had the pleasure of dealing with, me and my girlfriend were looking for a vehicle for her but we had limited funds. Joe Brown the owner worked with us and was able to get my girlfriend a safe and reliable vehicle for a good price. He paid attention to what we had to say and what we were looking for in a vehicle he was very patient and understanding when we told him we only had limited funds to spend. He worked with us and respected us and didn't turn us away like other larger dealerships would because we didn't have the financials they're used to working with. Joe was understanding and gave us options that would work best for us, I truly believe he was looking out for us and our best interest. My girlfriend ended up getting a 2003 Jeep Liberty Sport, it was in great condition just like Joe promised until this day there is yet to be a problem, the interior was great aswell as the exterior, we were very happy with the choice. The paperwork the night of buying went fast, Joe was there to explain any questions we had and made sure we understood every aspect of the agreement, Within an hour and a half or so my girlfriend was handed the keys and getting into her new SUV. We were getting an all wheel drive vehicle for the winters Connecticut brings and let me tell you that this vehicle is a tank in the snow just like Joe promised it would be. Since the night we bought it Joe has checked in from time to time to make sure we were pleased with our purchase from him which if you ask me isn't something larger dealerships tend to do, it seems like they're only there for the sale then afterwards they disappear until you need to bring it in for something but that's not the experience you have at Platinum Motors it truly is a great dealership to do business with and I will be back for sure in the future if I ever need another vehicle, thank you again Joe Brown for all you've done for us!

Purchased a car for my son and was impressed with the professionalism and attentiveness that Joe and Joe SR conveyed. They listened to my concerns, worked with me to get the vehicle he needed for commuting to and from school. The price was better than I expected and I found the process to be simple and painless from start to finish. Also discussed adding an extended warranty and was very informative and helpful in making sure the SUV was covered for most common and expensive repairs. Will be back for other auto purchases in the future.

They have been wonderful at meeting my needs and understanding of any questions and concern I had financially.
